MAKE THE NUMBERS MAKE SENSE

Salary increase calculator.

See your pay rise as a percentage and an amount, before tax.

What does your pay rise mean?

Private · No sign-up

For a decrease, enter a negative percentage, such as -5.

A few useful things to know

Does this calculate take-home pay?

No. Use gross salary before tax. The calculator compares the amounts you enter; it does not estimate tax, pension contributions, holiday pay, bonuses or other deductions.

Can I compare annual salaries?

Yes. Choose Per year and enter annual amounts for both salaries. For monthly salaries, the full-year comparison assumes 12 equal payments.

What if I know the new salary but not the percentage?

Choose Current salary and new salary. The result shows both the amount of the change and its percentage.
